All orders need to be placed online or if you are VAT registered by e-mail.

Payment
All prices are in € and include PDV at the current rate of 25%, excluding PDV is also shown which is what you will be charged if you are outside the EU. We accept Paypal. All goods will remain the property of Glass Studio DOO until paid for in full.

Delivery charges will be displayed in your basket as you add items. The price is worked out on the size and weight of your order, please be aware if you are ordering 25g of an item we add additional weight for packaging. We do not track packages under 2kg, we found it to be an expensive and unreliable service and to keep the costs low for our customers it was better to use the standard service for packages under 2kg.
Delivery
Goods will normally be dispatched within 1 week of receipt of the order, subject to stock availability. If any items are out of stock we will back order for you. We would inform you of this as soon as possible with the option to cancel the order if you would rather not wait. Any shortages, non-delivery or damages must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of delivery.
It normally takes 1 – 2 weeks to reach European countries and 2 – 3 weeks to get to the rest of the world, however this is not guaranteed.
Returns Policy
We offer a 7 day returns policy whereby you can return your purchase for exchange or refund (less delivery costs). The item must be unused and returned undamaged in its original packaging with a copy of your invoice.
