The XL murrine undergo immediate placement into a second kiln for a rigorous 4-hour annealing process, owing to their considerable thickness, necessitating cutting with a tile saw. The photograph showcased illustrates an unfired 25g sample.

• Available in slices measuring approximately 2-6mm, in either 25g or 1oz bags of murrine slices
• For optimal shape retention, avoid firing above 730°C-740°C or 1345-1365°F.
