Tabitha’s Glass Emporium proudly creates and produces XL Murrine, which exceed 10mm / 1/2 inch in diameter. Elevate your designs with XL Bright Christmas Mandala Murrine—add a radiant, intricate touch that captures the warmth and beauty of the festive season in every piece!

These murrine pieces range in diameter from 10mm to 18mm. After we pull them from the Vitrigraph kiln, we immediately place them in another kiln for the crucial annealing process.

In addition, our XL murrine are exceptionally thick, requiring precision cutting with a fine diamond bladed tile saw. To achieve the best finish, we recommend lightly dusting them with clear powder before firing.

What sets us apart is our unique process, pioneered by Tabitha Burrill at Tabitha's Glass Emporium. Thanks to this process, we create intricate murrine patterns reminiscent of millefiori, all at an affordable price. Each piece is crafted with 100% Bullseye Glass 90COE to ensure top-quality results.

Remember that our murrine slices come from various sections of the pull, making each one distinct. Some may feature less pattern, but that’s how we keep our prices competitive while reducing waste and supporting environmental responsibility at TGE. • Available in slices measuring approximately 2-6mm, in 1 ounce bags of XL murrine slices
• For optimal shape retention, avoid firing above 730°C-740°C or 1345-1365°F.
