XL Murrine – Pink Windmill Flower – 96COE – 25g

Using a unique process created by Tabitha Burrill at Tabitha’s Glass Emporium we can now make these detail murrine patterns reminiscent of millefiori at a very affordable price, this is our new Mandala design, they will all be limited edition and will be pulled differently every time. They are XL murrine are pulled much larger than normal murrine varying in size from 10-20mm in diameter. As soon as we have pulled them from the Vitrigraph kiln we put them directly into another kiln to anneal. They are so thick that we have to cut them on the tile saw, we suggest that you dust them with a light coating of clear powder before firing. . All made with 100% Oceanside 96COE. They can be purchased in approximately 2-6mm slices in 25g (aprrox 1oz) bag of murrine slices.  The photograph of the unfired slices shows a 25g sample. As with all murrine made using a vitrigraph kiln the design is slight different in slices.
