XL Red Poppy Flowers 5 pieces – 90COE

These XL Red Poppies are made from two XL murrines which are pulled much larger than normal murrine varying in size from 10-18mm in diameter,. As soon as we have pulled them from the Vitrigraph kiln we put them directly into another kiln for a 4 hour anneal. They are so thick that we have to cut them on the tile saw. We then pressed them – one info a wafer and one into a 3mm disc – they are sold unassembled – we don’t want to fire them more than necessarily, we suggest that you dust them with clear powder before fusing, you can use fibre paper when fusing to shape them. We sell them in batches of 5, which is approximately 30grams, each flower is from 35-45mm in diameter. Using a unique process created by Tabitha Burrill at Tabitha’s Glass Emporium we can now make these detail murrine patterns reminiscent of millefiori at a very affordable price. All made with 100% Bullseye Glass 90COE.
