You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, as long as the order has not been shipped. The cancellation must be put in writing.

Please take the time to ensure that the selected items are the right type of glass and have the correct COE for your specific requirements, as well as being suitable for your project.

In the event that you receive items you later find unsuitable or unnecessary, we recommend considering alternatives to returning them to us. You might consider selling them locally, either through platforms like Facebook or within your local glass community. We want to emphasize that we have no objections to third parties selling our products, and this approach may save you time and effort while ensuring that our products find a new home within the glass community.
