They undergo a 4-hour annealing process in a second kiln due to their thickness. Afterward, we cut them with a tile saw for precision. Tabitha Burrill at Tabitha’s Glass Emporium creates these murrine using a unique process. The patterns resemble millefiori, but we offer them at an affordable price. Crafted with 100% Bullseye 90COE glass, they come in 10-gram bags, with slices about 4-6mm.

We embrace sustainability, therefore our murrine slices are sourced from various sections of the entire pull, ensuring each piece is distinct and environmentally conscious. This aligns with our commitment at TGE to minimize waste and contribute positively to our planet.

• For optimal shape retention, avoid firing above 730°C-740°C or 1345-1365°F.
