Murrine – Float Glass – Basic Red

Our Float Glass Murrine in Basic Red Color is part of our basic collection. Tabitha Burrill at Tabitha’s Glass Emporium developed a unique process to create these murrine. They resemble millefiori and provide an affordable option for your glass projects.

These murrine are made with Float Compatible Glass and come in 15g, 25g, 100g, or 200g bags. You can also choose from ½oz, 1oz, 4oz, and 8oz options. Each slice ranges from 2-4mm thick and measures 4mm-8mm in diameter. The Float Glass Murrine in Basic Red Color adds a bold, vibrant touch to your artwork.

When using murrine made with a vitrigraph kiln, you’ll get slices from different parts of the pull. This variety enhances your designs with texture and detail. These murrine will bring rich, colorful patterns to any glass project.

Please note all our products are handmade and hand pulled and therefor that might be some small variance in color and design from one pull to the next.
