The XL murrine, measuring around 15mm in diameter, undergoes a 4-hour annealing process in a second kiln due to their thickness. As a result, they require cutting with a tile saw to maintain their precision and quality.

This set includes a mix of all pieces from our Lemon Tree collection, ideal for creating vibrant, zesty glass artwork that truly stands out.

We use a unique process pioneered by Tabitha Burrill at Tabitha's Glass Emporium, offering you intricately patterned murrine. These pieces are reminiscent of the beauty of millefiori, but with an exceptionally budget-friendly price. We craft them exclusively with Bullseye 90COE glass, known for its clarity and durability.

Moreover, we embrace sustainability. Our murrine slices come from different sections of the entire pull, ensuring each piece is unique while being environmentally conscious. This practice supports our commitment to minimize waste and positively impact our planet.

• For optimal shape retention, avoid firing above 730°C-740°C or 1345-1365°F.
