Our XL murrine pieces range from 10mm to 18mm in diameter. After being pulled from the Vitrigraph kiln, they undergo a crucial annealing process in another kiln to ensure quality. Due to their exceptional thickness, these murrine require precision cutting with a fine diamond-bladed tile saw. For an enhanced finish, we recommend lightly dusting them with clear powder before firing.

Each murrine slice is carefully crafted from different parts of the pull, creating unique pieces. Some may feature less pattern, which helps us keep prices competitive while reducing waste. • Available in slices measuring approximately 2-6mm, in either 25g or 1oz bags of murrine slices
• For optimal shape retention, avoid firing above 730°C-740°C or 1345-1365°F.
