These murrine pieces stand out with diameters ranging from 10mm to 18mm. After we pull them from the Vitrigraph kiln, we immediately place them into another kiln for the crucial annealing process.

Our XL murrine are exceptionally thick, requiring precision cutting with a fine diamond-bladed tile saw. To enhance their final appearance, we recommend lightly dusting them with clear powder before firing.

What sets us apart is our unique process, pioneered by Tabitha Burrill. This process lets us create intricate murrine patterns reminiscent of millefiori at an affordable price. We craft every piece using 100% Oceanside Glass 96COE for exceptional quality.

Note that our murrine slices come from various parts of the pull, resulting in one-of-a-kind pieces. Some may feature less pattern, which helps us keep our prices competitive and reduces waste. Product Details

• Available in slices measuring approximately 2-6mm, in either 25g or 1oz bags of murrine slices
• For optimal shape retention, avoid firing above 730°C-740°C or 1345-1365°F.
