Tabitha’s Glass Emporium proudly creates and produces XL Murrine, exceeding 10mm / 1/2 inch in diameter. Bring your glass art to life with the bold, beautiful XL Macaw Parrot Murrine—designed for extraordinary creations!

These murrine pieces stand out with diameters ranging from 10mm to 18mm. After being pulled from the Vitrigraph kiln, we immediately transfer them to another kiln for the crucial annealing process.

Our XL murrine are exceptionally thick, requiring precise cutting with a fine diamond-bladed tile saw. For the best finish, we recommend lightly dusting them with clear powder before firing.

What sets us apart is our unique process, pioneered by Tabitha Burrill. This technique allows us to create intricate murrine patterns that resemble millefiori, all at an affordable price point. We craft every piece using 100% Bullseye Glass 90COE for exceptional quality.

• For optimal shape retention, avoid firing above 730°C-740°C or 1345-1365°F.
