Tabitha’s Glass Emporium proudly creates XL Murrine, exceeding 10mm / 1/2 inch in diameter. Our vibrant Pink Easter Egg XL Murrine isn’t just for Easter; it’s perfect for any glass art project.

With diameters ranging from 10mm to 18mm, we anneal these murrine immediately after pulling them from the Vitrigraph kiln. Their thickness requires precise cutting with a diamond-bladed tile saw. To enhance their finish, we recommend lightly dusting them with clear powder before firing.

Our unique process, developed by Tabitha Burrill, produces intricate murrine patterns like millefiori at an affordable price. We craft each piece using 100% Bullseye Glass 90COE for top-quality results.

We draw murrine slices from various parts of the pull, making each piece unique. Some may feature less pattern, helping us keep prices competitive while reducing waste. Join us in creating something extraordinary and environmentally mindful from every pull.

• Available in slices measuring approximately 2-6mm, in 25 gram or 1oz bags of murrine slices
• For optimal shape retention, avoid firing above 730°C-740°C or 1345-1365°F.
