Among the many fruits in our selection, strawberries can be used on their own or to recreate artwork from our Strawberry collection. Made from 100% Bullseye Glass.
Tabitha’s Glass Emporium exclusively creates XL Murrine that exceed 10mm (1/2 inch) in diameter. These larger murrine open new creative possibilities. They invite you to experiment with bolder, more exciting designs. Sweeten your projects with our XL Strawberries Murrine—a juicy, vibrant addition that adds summer freshness to any creation!
These murrine pieces stand out, with diameters ranging from 10mm to 18mm. After we pull them from the Vitrigraph kiln, they go into a second kiln for annealing.
You can use our XL Strawberries Murrine on their own or as part of your design. They also work beautifully with artwork from our Strawberry Collection.
Since these murrine are thick, they require precision cutting with a fine diamond-bladed tile saw. To achieve the best result, we recommend lightly dusting them with clear powder before firing.
What sets us apart is our unique process, pioneered by Tabitha Burrill at Tabitha's Glass Emporium. This process allows us to create intricate murrine patterns reminiscent of millefiori, all at an incredibly affordable price point. Every piece is crafted using 100% Bullseye Glass 90COE for exceptional quality.
Keep in mind that our murrine slices are drawn from various parts of the pull, resulting in unique pieces. Some may feature less pattern, which is how we keep our prices competitive and uphold our commitment to minimizing waste and environmental impact at TGE. Join us in making a positive contribution to our planet while creating something extraordinary from every aspect of the pull.
