XL Murrine – Mixed Easter – 90COE

Exclusively at Tabitha’s Glass Emporium, we proudly create and produce XL Murrine, each exceeding 10mm (1/2 inch) in diameter. These larger murrine open up exciting possibilities for your designs, allowing you to explore bolder concepts. Brighten your glass projects with our XL Mixed Easter Murrine, a festive mix that adds color and playfulness to any creation!

These murrine range in size from 10mm to 18mm in diameter, making them perfect for bold designs. Once we pull them from the Vitrigraph kiln, we immediately place them in another kiln for the important annealing process.

Although designed with Easter in mind, this Mixed Easter XL Murrine adds a sweet, delightful touch to many projects.

Our XL murrine are particularly thick, requiring careful cutting with a fine diamond-bladed tile saw. To enhance their appearance, we recommend lightly dusting them with clear powder before firing.

What sets us apart is our unique process, pioneered by Tabitha Burrill at Tabitha's Glass Emporium. This process allows us to create intricate murrine patterns reminiscent of millefiori, all at an incredibly affordable price point. Every piece is crafted using 100% Bullseye Glass 90COE for exceptional quality.

Keep in mind that our murrine slices are drawn from various parts of the pull, resulting in unique pieces. Some may feature less pattern, which is how we keep our prices competitive and uphold our commitment to minimizing waste and environmental impact at TGE. • Available in slices measuring approximately 2-6mm.
• For optimal shape retention, avoid firing above 730°C-740°C or 1345-1365°F.
